The LinuxQuestions.org Members Choice Awards has been quite a comprehensive poll on what's hot and what's not in the Linux world. It is a great opportunity to promote those projects that have made your time on Linux pleasant and productive. It is also a good opportunity to see what other Linux users use to do different tasks. Who knows, there's probably a better application out there to do what you do... but you've just never heard of it!
